Position Summary Description
 
The resources will join the team providing Regional Client Support within Montreal and the eastern region in the form of at-desk support for clients within the Montreal offices of the IRB.  RCSN provides hands-on support for any computer technical issues and telecommunication request including mobile phones, IT incidents, Service Requests and Video conferences services.  They will also interact with other helpdesks and other teams within IRB. 
 
Project Tasks
 
Requirements / experience (mandatories)
  • Successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary educational program in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the task list identified in this contract.
  •   The proposed resource must demonstrate using project description, a minimum of six (6) months of experience providing IT helpdesk support services to one of the government organizations with either federal, provincial, municipal, Crown Corporation and Agencies within the last twelve (12) months
  • must demonstrate using project description, a minimum of six (6) months of experience in supporting users with Microsoft Outlook 2013 electronic mail system (exchange) and with Microsoft Office 2013 Suite in one of the government organizations with either federal, provincial, municipal, Crown Corporation and Agencies within the last 24 months
  • The Proposed Resource must demonstrate using project description, a minimum of six (6) months of experience working with a Call Tracking Software within the last 24 months
  • The Proposed Resource must demonstrate using project description, a minimum of three (3) months of experience of Video-Conferencing knowledge in initiating and troubleshooting connections as well as remote VC client support within the last 24 months
  • The Proposed Resource must be fluent in French
