Currently seeking an Advanced Privacy Analyst
Contract: Through March 31, 2019
Position Summary Description
Our client is currently preparing to support the Government of Canada in meeting the obligations set out in the proposed settlement of the LGBT Purge class action currently before the courts for approval. “LGBT Purge" refers to actions taken to identify, investigate, sanction, and in some cases, terminate the employment of, or discharge LGBTQ2 members of the CAF, RCMP and FPS.
Project Tasks
Requirements / experience (mandatories)
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience with the Privacy Act and processing ATIP requests for the federal government
  • Experience of at least 2 years using AccessPro Case Management (APCM) and AccessPro Redaction (APR)
Rated requirements
  • the proposed resource must have extensive experience in processing Privacy requests per additional year over M1
  • must have a minimum of ten (10) years of ATIP experience working specifically using Sections 19, 21, 22, 23, 26 and 27 under the PA
  • additional years using both AccessPro Case Management (APCM) and AccessPro Redaction (APR)
