Position Summary Description
 
Our client requires Project Management services to assist the Benefit Plans Procurement and Retendering (BPPR) Team in the planning and retendering of a minimum of one, maximum of three, Government of Canada public service benefit plan contracts.
 
 
Project Tasks
 
Requirements / experience (mandatories)
 
  • meets the requirement of the flexible grid for the following resource category and level:
3.1 Project Administrator – Level 3.
 
  • has provided project administrator services on a minimum of one (1) project for a federal department or a Crown corporation in the last sixty (60) months, at the time of bid closing. (Minimum $5 million)
 
Assets(Rated Requirements)
 
  • experience maintaining and updating relevant project information such as:
  1. project activity schedule;
  2. status reports;
  3. budgets;
  4. project logs; and
  5. meeting minutes
 
  • holds experience in project administration* in both of  the following:
  1. ensuring (quality control); and
  2.       preparing project documents (plans, charts, tables, diagrams and/or dashboards)
 
  • experience using Project Management and Microsoft Office 2010 or 2013 software applications (MS Project;  MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint,  and MS Visio) in the performance of the work to develop, maintain and track project activities and deliverables).
  • holds one of the following valid Project Management Professional certifications:
project Management Professional (PMP); or PRINCE2 Practitioner
