Contract: One year with 3 possible 1 year extensions
 
 
Position Summary Description
 
Our client must offer a continuous support of all applications and hardware across the NRC and may require additional resources to help out in various ITS Projects.
 
Project Tasks
 
Requirements / experience (mandatories)
  • A minimum of 3 year experience, within the last 5 years, using an Incident Resolution System to track and resolve problems reported by End-Users.
  • A minimum of 5 year of experience, within the last 10 years, providing systems administration and systems operations support, including setting up user profiles and access, and backing-up and recovering data.
 
Assets(Rated Requirements)
  • Experience, within the last 10 years, providing systems administration and systems operations support, including setting up user profiles and access, and backing up and recovering data, over and above the minimum 5-year requirement of Mandatory Criteria M.2 of Section 2 (b) of this Appendix
  • A minimum of 3 year of experience with each of the following technologies:
 
  1. Active Directory Services (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Win and Domain Name System (DNS));
  2. VMWare;
  3. Microsoft Office Suite 2013;
  4. Microsoft Exchange and Outlook;
  5. Altiris Deployment Tool.
  6. Assyst Enterprise IT Service Management  Systems
 
  • An Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management Foundation Certification
