Position Summary Description
 
Our client requires the services of one (1) PeopleSoft Functional Analyst, Level 3 to support the HRMS and Compensation Liaison unit in order to meet operational requirements related to My GCHR and Phoenix.
 
 
Project Tasks
 
Requirements / experience (mandatories)
  • must be bilingual (French/English)
  • must demonstrate a minimum of one hundred and twenty (120) months  of experience within the last one hundred and eighty (180) months  as a Functional Analyst.
  • must demonstrate a minimum of sixty (60) months  of experience within the last eight (8) years  as a Functional Analyst in a PeopleSoft Government of Canada Human Resources Management System (HRMS) development or operational environment, version 8.9 or greater.
  • must demonstrate a minimum of one (1) project within the last thirty six (36) months,  working as a Functional Analyst in full life cycle implementation project for Government of Canada My GCHR (PeopleSoft HRMS version 9.1).
  • must demonstrate a minimum of twenty four (24) months of experience in analyzing and troubleshooting application behaviours within Government of Canada My GCHR including data-related issues, conducting root cause analysis and identifying workarounds
  • must demonstrate a minimum of twelve (12) months of experience analyzing and troubleshooting integration issues between the Government of Canada My GCHR and the Phoenix Pay System (PeopleSoft HRMS version 9.1) within the last twenty four (24) months
 
Assets(Rated Requirements)
  • demonstrating experience, within the Federal Government as a Functional Analyst in a PeopleSoft Government of Canada Human Resources Management System (HRMS)  development or operational environment, version 8.9 or greater
  • demonstrate experience, within the Federal Government, using PeopleSoft Query tool within the last eight (8) years
  • demonstrate experience in implementing or upgrading modules of PeopleSoft Human Resources Management System (HRMS) version 8.9 or greater in a Functional Analyst role within the last ten (10) years.
  • demonstrate experience in conducting and documenting fit gap analysis and identifying and documenting business requirements with PeopleSoft Human Resources Management System (HRMS) version 8.9 or greater as a Functional Analyst role within the last ten (10) years.
  • demonstrated experience working at least one (1) year with the Government of Canada My GCHR (PeopleSoft HRMS version 9.1) in the following areas:
  1. Absence Management
  2. HR Service Request
  3. Self‐Service (employee or manager)
  4. Position Management
  5.  Workforce Administration
